Sparkman Wharf

Tampa Bay History Center

Tampa Bay History Center houses 12,000 years of local history, starting with the Tocobaga Indians who first called the waters of Tampa Bay home. The interactive “Treasure Seekers” exhibit celebrates Florida’s history of pirates, conquistadors, and shipwrecks and features a full-sized sloop, hands-on discoveries in 18th Century navigation, and actual Spanish treasure recovered from shipwrecks.
Julian B. Lane
Julian B. Lane Riverfront Park is a stunning 25-acre park located just north of the University of Tampa and across the Hillsborough River from the David A. Straz Center for the Performing Arts. The park is filled with tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, various water playgrounds, a dog park, and a boat house for competitions and events.
THE SAIL PLAZA
A 360-degree bar makes a great place to watch the sunset. It shares space with Tampa Riverwalk Rentals and e-Boats Tampa for those who want to get out onto the water. A bike repair station stands at the ready to help cyclists needing air or a quick repair.
AMALIE ARENA
A state of the art multi-purpose, sports/entertainment venue located in downtown Tampa between The Florida Aquarium and the Tampa Convention Center. It is the home of the Tampa Bay Lightning NHL Hockey Team and is host to well over 150 spectacular entertainment events annually.

Housed in a carefully restored former trolley barn, Heights Public Market brings together more than a dozen local restaurants in a carefully curated waterfront food hall. Whatever children love to do – dress up, climb high, make art, build things -- this museum on downtown’s central Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park is a trove of kid-friendly treasures. The brightly colored three-story building contains plenty to entertain the elementary school set and educate them at the same time.
Tampa Museum of Art

There is no better view of downtown than from the covered plaza in front of the Tampa Museum of Art. The Riverwalk Café’s thoroughly modern menu includes many vegetarian options in a setting that inspires, both inside and outside. The museum houses a collection ranging from ancient Greek and Roman to Pop Art legend Roy Lichtenstein.
Ulele
📍 : 1810 N Highland Ave, Tampa
Opened in 2014 on the banks of the Hillsborough River, Ulele features a menu inspired by Tampa Bay’s early native and Spanish explorers. The restaurant also includes its own craft brewery. Ulele was created by Tampa Bay’s Gonzmart family, now in their fifth generation as owners of the Columbia, Florida’s oldest restaurant.
American Victory Ship
The world-class SS American Victory was built in 55 days and was delivered to the U.S. War Shipping Administration by the California Shipbuilding Yard on May 24, 1945. After serving in WWII, and the Korean and Vietnam Wars, the ship went through a $2.5 million restoration in June 1985. Currently, the SS American Victory is only one of 3 fully-functioning ships in the country.
WATER WORKS PARK

The northern end of the Tampa Riverwalk, this part includes a concert shell, splash pad and waterfront views of the Hillsborough River and restored Ulele spring.
